Habitat: shallow coastal waters

Diet: spiny lobsters, shrimp, crabs

Nurse sharks are a particularly friendly species of shark, known throughout the ocean for their innate skills in medicine. As they grow, they must find bigger and bigger nurse hats to fit them or else risk expulsion from the medical community. They scrounge the ocean floor for needles and bandages to fill their first-aid kits with. Nurse sharks have been spotted to patching up shark bite wounds in humans caused by other sharks.
