The Shades: Progress Reports

You may have guessed as much, but my next book in the realm of Zysti Galaxy is underway, called The Shades. What does The Shades mean? I can't tell you! That'd spoil the story! Progress reports below:

June 13th

First words are written. So far, so good!

July 18th

After very slow progress (most of my focus was on editing Legends of Tess), the first chapter is complete.

August 10th

Progress slows again, and here is my last time touching it in a while. All of my attention is now on Legends of Tess.

November 15th

After having published Legends of Tess, I pick up The Shades again and make a few more edits, along with continuing chapter 2.

December 2nd

More progress has been made, more character exposition on chapter 2. Again, I take a long break after this one to work on a few short stories (cough, cough, The Otherthem).
